Official reports 2 fatalities following more than 80 Russian attacks in the Zaporizhzhia region.

According to statement made public on Thursday,  the regional military administration of Zaporizhzhia  reported that it had counted more than 80 Russian attacks  on the area in the previous day. 

Head of the military administration for the Zaporizhzhia region Yurii Malashko reported “83 attacks on peaceful towns and villages,”  including 69 artillery attacks, seven air attacks, five UAV drone attacks, and  two MLRS attacks.

Malashko spoke of “chaotic shelling” that claimed the lives of two men in their forties in Orikhiv, Preobrazhenka, and Novodanylivka. The statement read, “Unfortunately, two men born in 1976 and 1979  were killed.” In the Huliaipole area, town in the Zaporizhzhia region near the  front lines in eastern Ukraine, residential buildings were also struck by aerial strikes, but no casualties or injuries were reported there.
